Where did February, March, April, May and even June go? IT'S JULY! I still can't believe it. Sometimes I think I'm going to wake up from a dream. Is this real life? Haha.
My missionary comes home in 29 days! What 29 days!?! I'm beyond excited. I honestly didn't think these two years would of flown like they did. I'm ready to have my best friend back in Utah :) I feel like the timing is perfect. I've accomplished a lot of my personal, financial, and spiritual goals in the last two years, and I'm ready for him to come home. I've learned and grown in multiple ways over the years. Especially with my relationship with my Heavenly Father. Something about supporting a missionary just brings blessing and answers. I know more than ever now that this is the true church. Watching my boyfriend's testimony grow and seeing how much hard work and dedication it takes to be a missionary has helped me grow my own testimony. That's something I think I'll miss for sure... his letters. I love that he'll bare his testimony in his letters and may not even realize it. He's helped me in ways that I don't think I could of seen without supporting a missionary. We've stayed super close the entire two years. We email every Monday, send letters off every Tuesday, and get letters every Friday. With surprise packages, 5 phone calls, and flower deliveries on our important days :) Staying in close contact has made things much easier just knowing that we can count on each other every week. "A mission makes an ordinary love into something extraordinary. Two people giving up the most important thing in their lives, each other, for something bigger than themselves. It takes two true selfless people to do that" [ I found that quote on the internet :) ]. I'm so thankful for his decision to serve the Lord. I'm so grateful for all the support I've had the last two years. I have the best support system in the world. I realized how much family really means. Family is everything. I miss my best friend so much and I couldn't be more proud of him! He's been an extremely amazing missionary and I'm so excited to see him in 29 days :) I can't wait to just run into his arms. I'm so excited. Thanks to everyone that has supported me the last two years. Without you, I couldn't of done it :) I love you Danny :)
